2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services of GenesisHub: measuring how generative AI systems answer the questions buyers ask in a market, whether a brand is named, which competitors are named instead, and which sources those systems rely on, then doing the work to change it. Services are delivered directly to companies and, on a white-label basis, to agencies, in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Information published on the website is provided for guidance only. Genesis Digital Factory FZCO endeavours to keep it accurate and up to date, without guarantee of completeness, and reserves the right to modify the content of the website at any time.

3. Terms of use

Accessing and using the website implies acceptance of these terms. The website is available at all times, except for maintenance interruptions or force majeure. Genesis Digital Factory FZCO shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to the website, its unavailability or the use of the information it contains.

Links to third-party websites are provided for information only. Genesis Digital Factory FZCO has no control over their content and accepts no liability in respect of them.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos and code, are the property of Genesis Digital Factory FZCO or are used under licence. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited and may give rise to proceedings under applicable intellectual-property laws.

5. Personal data protection

5.1 Data controller

5.2 Applicable framework

Genesis Digital Factory FZCO is established in the United Arab Emirates and subject to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. As its services are offered to businesses and agencies located in the European Union, it also applies Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the data of individuals in the Union, in accordance with Article 3(2) thereof.

5.3 Data collected

Through the free GEO audit form: first name, last name, email address, agency or company name, the website address to be analysed, the website of the agency or company, country, and optionally the number of active clients, the main market, the main competitor and a free-text message. The consent you give is recorded with the request.

Automatically, when the form is submitted: IP address, browser user agent, the country derived from the IP address, the date and time of submission, and the page and language the form was sent from. The website itself performs no audience measurement.

5.4 Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to audit requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Managing the business relationship with professional prospects and clients: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Website security and prevention of automated abuse of the form: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5.5 Retention

Data submitted through the form is kept for 36 months from the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised. Technical data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

5.6 Recipients

Data is processed by the GenesisHub team and by the technical processors strictly required to operate the site and answer requests: Vercel Inc. for hosting and function logs, and Resend for the delivery of the notification email. No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5.7 Transfers outside the European Union

Data of individuals located in the European Union is transferred to and processed in the United Arab Emirates, a country not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, and by processors established in the United States. Such transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and by appropriate technical and organisational measures.

5.8 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. These rights may be exercised by email at hello@genesishub.ai or by post at the publisher's address. A response will be provided within one month.

If you reside in the European Union you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence: in France the CNIL (cnil.fr), in Belgium the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be), in Luxembourg the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu). If you reside in Switzerland, the competent authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).

5.9 Security

Genesis Digital Factory FZCO implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encrypted communications over HTTPS, restricted access to data, and secure hosting.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies. It loads no audience measurement, no advertising and no third-party tracking, so no consent banner is required.

If you select one of the two paths on the home page, agency or company, that choice is written to your browser's session storage so the page stays adapted while you browse. It is cleared when you close the tab, it never leaves your browser, and it is not used for measurement.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the use of the website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to the rights that individuals residing in the European Union derive from the GDPR and from the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
